ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed for directing the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's statutory application under Section 42 of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Act, dated 30.04.2024.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed statutory application under Section 42 of the Waqf Act, 1995 before the first respondent on 30.04.2024 and the same is still pending.
3. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the application would be considered and orders would be passed.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the petitioners application and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the petitioner within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order . No costs.
