COMMON ORDER Though the prayer in the writ petitions is widely worded, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will be satisfied, if their representations dated 22.02.2016, 22.02.2016, 29.02.2016, 27.02.2016 and 07.03.2016 respectively are disposed of by the concerned respondent in the light of G.O.Ms.No.61, Transport (C) Department dated 30.04.2015 and in terms of settlement dated 22.01.2011 entered under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 2.In view of the limited prayer made, a direction is issued to the respondents to dispose of the representation referred to above by taking into account G.O.Ms.No.61, Transport (C) Department dated 30.04.2015 and in terms of settlement dated 22.01.2011 entered under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
