Mr.M.Sarangan learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts for R1 & R2, Mr.Kishore, learned counsel for Mr.A.Kannan, learned standing counsel, who accepts notice for R3 to R6 and Mr.S.Packiya Muthu, learned counsel, for Mr.N.Vignesh, who accepts notice for R7, who is the contesting party, express no objection to the condonation of delay of 84 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 84 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The names of the learned counsel who have entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
