ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pudukkottai Police Station, Thoothukudi District to any other police officer within the District on the basis of the representation, dated 20.04.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the second respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi in C.C.No.960 of 2023. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
