This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give permission to conduct Vinayagar Sadhurthi Festival scheduled at Arulmighu Sandhi Vinayagar Kovil situated at Koolakadai Bazaar, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District as stated in the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2019 given to the respondents.

2. Heard both sides.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already made an application to the first respondent seeking permission to conduct Vinayagar Sadhurthi Festival scheduled at the above said temple, on 25.07.2019 and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner's application is under consideration of the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and he will pass orders today by imposing necessary conditions.
