ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey was conducted today and that encroachment have been noticed. It is further undertaken by the official respondents that necessary notices will be sent to the encroachers and by adhering due process of law, the encroachments will be cleared.
