ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of her representation dated 16.08.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that previously the petitioner gave a representation dated 10.01.2022 and on enquiry it was closed as civil in nature. Now again the petitioner has given this representation dated 16.08.2022 and it is pending enquiry.
3. In view of the same, the third respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry up on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.08.2022 and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
