ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Dindigul, to number the plaint in unnumbered O.S. in D.No.691 of 2025.
2. Heard Mr.K.Arunraj, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 3 to 5, notice to them is dispensed with. 2/5
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may permit the petitioner to represent the suit with appropriate prayer and thereafter, the same may be considered by the trial Court for passing suitable orders.
4. Considering the above submission, this civil revision petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to re-present the suit in terms of Order VII Rule 1 of CPC. Upon such re-presentation, the trial Court shall number the suit and pass appropriate orders.
