ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to release the petitioner's Tipper Tempo Van bearing Registration No.TN-75-M-9495 seized on 12.4.2016 by the second respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has sent a representation dated 13.04.2016 seeking for the above said relief which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

3.Considering the above stated and facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
