(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant ordinary leave to the period of 30 days to the petitioner's husband namely Saravanapandian, S/o.Lakshmanadevar (CP No.3847).

2. Heard Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2025 is under consideration and suitable orders will be passed within a period of three weeks.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 17.06.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
