Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to the impugned Notice dated 20.07.2022 bearing reference No. 1895-6/2011/A3 and quashing the same.

petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. Radhika Chandrasekar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. R.Suresh Kumar, Additioanal Government Pleader for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

2. There is no scope for recalling the Order passed on 03.06.2024. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to file a Statutory Appeal within a period of thirty

(30) days from today.

3. In view of the above, Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
