ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only request that has been made is that the petition mentioned appeal should be expeditiously disposed of by the first respondent.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested persons shall be put on notice.
