ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police that a Finance Company has cheated him. The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of investigation that the respondent Police has not conducted the investigation in a proper manner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that they have arrested the accused, who has given assurance to return the money. However, the money has not been returned.

3.This Court is unable to understand the manner in which the case has been registered. The first respondent is directed to look into the matter and take a call on this matter. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
