Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12791 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant is the wife of the petitioner and as she has not consented to produce the original Aadhar Card for executing the sureties, the petitioner could not be able to execute the surities.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 15.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12791 of 2021.
