O R D E R

The petitioner filed a writ petition for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to step up the pay on par with the junior. This Court, vide order, dated 20.04.2022, issued a direction to look into the proposal submitted by the second respondent on 18.03.2019 and initiate all necessary actions for the disposal of the application submitted by the petitioner for stepping up her pay with her junior as expeditiously as possible.

2. Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, a proposal was forwarded on 11.10.2022. However, the petitioner filed a contempt petition for alleging violation and not taking steps. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience.
