Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that FIR in Crime No.1014 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447, 427, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC has been registered on 20.12.2020 based on the complaint given by the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
