ORDER
The petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.41 of 2020 before the Family Court, Trichy, seeking to declare the marriage, which was registered on 09.07.2020, as null and void.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in that case, pleadings have been completed and it is ripe for trial. The first respondent is working at Australia and contesting the suit through his father as power agent. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the first respondent's father is unnecessarily dragging on the proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for early disposal of O.S.No.41 of 2020.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, is directed to conclude the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.41 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of 2/4
receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
