This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.46 of 2021 dated 26.12.2021 on the file of the first Respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing today, 11.10.2022, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first Respondent would submit that the investigation had been completed and the investigation file is pending with the learned Public Prosecutor of the Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Dindigul for legal opinion. He would further submit that it will be filed shortly.

3.Considering the fact that the investigation had been completed, no purpose will be served hearing this Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No. 46 of 2021 pending on the file of the first Respondent. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the contents of the final report to be filed 2/4
