ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner, pursuant to the order passed by the second respondent on 06.06.2022. 2.Aggrieved by the issuance of patta in favour of the fourth respondent, the petitioner moved the second respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer. After conducting enquiry, the second respondent set aside the order of the Tashildar and directed patta to be issued in the name of the writ petitioner.

3.Aggrieved by the said proceedings on the file of the second respondent, the fourth respondent appears to have preferred a Revision before the first respondent. However, subsequently, the fourth respondent 2/5

has withdrawn the said Revision Petition, which has been taken on record and the Revision was also closed by proceedings dated 01.02.2023.

4.In view of the above, there can be no impediment for the third respondent to issue patta complying with the order passed by the second respondent dated 06.06.2022.

5.In fine, the Writ Petition is allowed, directing the third respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner complying with the order of the second respondent dated 06.06.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
