ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 & R2. 2.Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned enquiry to be concluded at the earliest.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that notice have also been issued and the enquiry is presently going on.
5. The second respondent is directed to conclude the said enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The private respondents will be put on notice before passing the final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other.
