Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R2 and R3 is dispensed with. The petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent under Section 133 of Cr.Pc. The first respondent shall consider the same and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other after hearing the private respondents and other stakeholders if any. 3.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
