PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent not to issue licence to operate petitioner's land in survey Nos.121/2, 93/3/1A, 103 part (New survey number 14/1A, Ward-B Block 3), Sivaganga Estate, Kodaikanal as the helipad for the use of any trespasser as requested by the petitioner in his representation dated 11.01.2016 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
