ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent.
2. The petitioner is having an exparte injunction decree, dated 14.03.2013 made in O.S.No.43 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Papanasam, Thanjavur District. According to the petitioner, the said injunction decree is being violated. It is always open to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief. Invocation of jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C is clearly not appropriate. Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
