Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the respondent to measure his land in Survey No.260/1A to the extent of North to South 100 square feet each in both sides, East to West 38 square feet in the North side and East to West 12 square feet in the South side comprising in part of 74.34 acre and he has also paid necessary fees on 08.03.2016. So far no action has been taken by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.Since the petitioner's application is pending with the respondent from 08.03.2016, the respondent is directed to measure the petitioner's property and fix the boundaries, as per the revenue records, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the neighbouring land owners, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
