ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to allow the petitioner to write third semester examination which is to be held from 02.05.2016 to 07.05.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

3.This Court by the order dated 27.04.2016 permitted the petitioner to write 3rd and 6th semester examinations on the scheduled dates. However, this Court observed that results of the 3rd semester should not be published without permission of this Court, since the petitioner did not attend 3rd semester classes. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has completed her B.A. degree course and also obtained Transfer Certificate. But, since the result of 3rd semester examination was not published in view of the order passed by this Court, she is not able to pursue her higher studies.

5.Subsequent to the order passed by this Court on 27.04.2017, the authorities concerned permitted the petitioner to write 3rd semester examination and she has also attended and completed the examination.

6.In such view of the matter, the results of the 3rd semester be published forthwith.

7.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs. WMP(MD)No.16301 of 2017 is closed.
