ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent police to provide him with adequate police protection to carry out the petition mentioned survey exercise.

2. The petitioner's counsel states that though the revenue officials are ready to survey, they are being prevented by the private respondents herein.

3. I wanted to know if the petitioner is having any enforceable decree or order of the civil Court. The answer is in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.18068 of 2021 negative. Therefore, the question of granting relief under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., does not arise at all. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
