ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner joined the respondent corporation as a Driver in the year 1992. He retired from service on 29.02.2020. His terminal benefits were settled on 02.06.2021. The petitioner is obviously entitled to interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the delayed disbursement. I, therefore, direct the respondents to pay the interest calculated at the rate of 6% per annum on the delayed disbursement from the date of the petitioner's retirement till 02.06.2021. This amount shall be paid within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
