[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been instituted to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 16.12.2024 made in W.P.(MD) No.23681 of 2024.

2. This Court vide its order dated 16.12.2024, directed the authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner. In pursuance of the order of this Court, the respondents herein have conducted an enquiry and found that there is no evidence for initiation of action. Thus, there is no willful disobedience of the order of this Court. Consequently, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
