This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take action against respondent Nos.5 to 14 based on the representation made by the petitioner on 24.08.2021.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the amounts have been settled to all the other respondents and the dispute has been amicably resolved except respondent No.12. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is willing to settle the entire amount to respondent No.12 and requested this Court to direct respondent No.12 to release the property that was taken as a security. 4/6

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the subsequent development that has taken place in this case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to settle the entire amount that is due and payable to respondent No.12 and on receipt of the same, respondent No.12 shall release the security given by the petitioner. It will suffice if this writ petition is disposed of with this direction.
