ORDER:- This Criminal Revision case is coming upon for hearing on this day and upon hearing under the caption for "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 15.03.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge,Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, in D.No.6361 dated 18.07.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in Special C.C.No.1 of 2021 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputur and upon appearing of Mr.G.Mariappan, Advocate for the Petitioner in all cases and of Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, Addl. Public Prosecutor for the respondents in all the cases, this Court made the following order:- By an order dated 15.03.2024, this Court directed the learned Judge, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur to dispose of Spl.C.C.No.01 of 2021, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.
2. The learned Judge has submitted a letter, dated 18.07.2025, wherein, he has requested further extension of time to comply with the earlier order. 4/6
3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned Judge, further extension of three months time is granted finally to comply with the earlier order of this Court.
