The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second and third respondents to remove the unauthorized construction put up by the fourth respondent, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2020. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the unauthorized construction made by the fourth respondent has already been removed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition. 2/4
