PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order Na.Ka.No.Ma.Ni.27/31739/2018(B-29), dated 18.06.2019, served on 14.8.2019, on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal consequently direct the respondent to refund the deducted payment in the month of July 2019 for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand Only) to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.
