(In both petitions) For Petitioner : Mr.C.M.Arumugam For Respondent : Mr.K.Poovalingam COMMON O R D E R These Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to withdraw the cases in H.M.O.P.Nos.10 & 11 of 2021 on the file of Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar, and transfer the same to Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that on instruction, he has no objection for allowing these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.Nos.10 & 11 of 2021 from Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar, to Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai. The Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai, is directed to dispose the proceedings in H.M.O.P.Nos.10 & 11 of 2021 according to law. 4.With the above observation, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
