The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and Section 66(d) of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.41 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Counsel For State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was not arrayed an accused in this case and his name was not included in the FIR. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
