C.M.P.(MD)No.10789 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 519 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent namely, Sivasamy.
2. C.M.P.(MD)No.10790 of 2025 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased third respondent namely, Sivasamy.
3. C.M.P.(MD)No.10791 of 2025 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased third respondent and rank them as respondents 7 to 9 in the above Second Appeal.
4. There is no representation for R2, R4 to R6 and even though the names of the respondents 6 to 9 were printed in the cause list, they have neither appeared in 2/3
person nor through counsel.
5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.
6.Interim order already granted by this Court dated 01.09.2023, is extended upto 22.08.2025.
