ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Sathish Kumar J.) The petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the Tahsildar to produce the original document to verify whether there is any encroachment by the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the impugned notice, the petitioner has already appeared before the Tahsildar on 20.05.2026 and produced all the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
documents.
3. In such a view of the matter, the question of quashing that notice does not arise. The only apprehension of the petitioner is that without passing any orders, now the authorities are trying to evict the petitioner. It is relevant to note that without due process of law, no such exercise for eviction could be done.
4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
