This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying with the conditional order passed by this Court.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is willing to comply with the conditional order for deposit of Rs.1 Lakh. However, the amount could not be mobilised within the stipulated time and therefore, he seeks only a week's time for compliance.

3.The respondent is yet to be served and hence, I am inclined to dispense with the notice to the respondent.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered. The appellant shall deposit a sum of Rs.1 Lakh on or before 01.07.2026.
