ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. V.Illanchezian, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.), for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16201 of 2022, dated 12.04.2023 for making payment to the cost P.W.11 and P.W.12 to the credit of C.C.No.455 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.Even this order passed by this Court on 12.04.2023, the order copy was despatched only on 23.06.2023. Because of that delay on the part of the registry, the delay occurred.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
