This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to construct a compound wall in Survey No.376/2A and 376/2B in Authoor Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.08.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.08.2021, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 09.09.2021.
