This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to take necessary steps to seize and attach the properties of the accused in Crime No.22 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation to the respondent Nos.1 to 3, dated 25.07.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that they are ready to consider the representation of the petitioner. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the same, the 3rd respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and pass suitable orders, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
