The detenue namely, Mahalakshmi was produced before this Court. We personally examined her and she stated that she was married to the Petitioner when she was a minor. Thereafter, there was some misunderstanding and it seems that she had developed relationship with another person named, Ravi and both of them got married a week ago and she is now living with him. We examine the Petitioner and explained him the situation and advised him to work out his remedy before the appropriate Court.

this case. The entire dispute revolves around the marriage between the Petitioner and the detenue and it can be resolved only before the appropriate Court.

3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
