The petitioner claims that he has not been provided with incentive marks for his service has submitted a representation on 12.07.2023 before the respondents and has approached this Court for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents may release the Rank List at any moment and if the petitioner is not provided with the incentive marks, he would be deprived of from pursuing his specialisation course. 2/5

3.Mrs.M.Sneha, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the first respondent submits that they have received the petitioner's representation now only and they would consider the representation and pass orders either on 24.07.2023 or on 25.07.2023. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2023, before finalising the Rank List.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
