3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the Accountant General, Chennai had sanctioned her final pension and DCRG vide order dated 06.01.2016 and she had also received her final pension https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

based on that order, she has not been given DCRG amount by the respondents 3 and 4 till today. In this regard, the petitioner had sent a representation on 17.04.2016. As there was no response to the same, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.04.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
