ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to reject the proposal to approve the appointment of the 6th respondent as Headmistress of the 5th respondent School.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent made submission that the proposal submitted by the fourth respondent was already approved and therefore, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
