Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a, for a period of three months and thereafter every sunday at 10.30 a.m for another period of two months of interrogation on the file of this Hon'ble court in Crime No. 8 of 2023 on the file of the respondent. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ARUN.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8967 of 2023 18.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. The condition imposed against the co-accused has been relaxed. 2/4

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8967 of 2023 18.05.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
