Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.The petitioner, who has been working as Special Grade Assistant under the respondents, had sent a representation dated 24.03.2016 alleging violation of seniority and also seeking promotion to the post of Superintendent. petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.03.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
