This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the respondents to take necessary action based on a complaint given before 1/4
the respondents, dated 19.07.2022 which is pending before the 2nd respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on a complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.07.2022 is pending for enquiry on the file of the 2nd respondent police. The statement is recorded.
3. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 19.07.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and pass suitable orders, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
4. With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. No Cost.
