ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the Inspector of Police, Kovilpatti East Police Station, Tuticorin District for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307, 354, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.633 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are as many as ten previous cases pending against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy.
