CRL OP(MD)No.13425 of 2023 petitioner was admitted in the Stanley Government Hospital, Chennai, for his health condition and had been taking treatment there. Now he is in judicial custody.

3. If the respondent police are making trouble to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner may make a mention before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar. Since the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody, the purpose for which the petitioner has been filed, has become infructuous.
