ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 30.01.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.27940 of 2024.

2. This Court passed an order in W.P.(MD).No.27940 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025, had directed the respondents to sanction monetary benefits attached to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher and pass orders in accordance with law. In compliance of the orders of this Court, the second respondent herein has issued a proceedings dated 15.09.2025.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. In pursuant to the order of the Statutory Notice, second contemnor/second respondent is present today. Further presence of the second contemnor/second respondent is hereby dispensed with.
